Fruit Bats are on Tour

Hello friends… Fruit Bats are insanely stokified to get on the road – we start tomorrow and go most of the month with our tight buds VETIVER… Please check out our tour dates to see if we’re coming to your town. Keep in mind that we’ll be doing more dates in more cities as the year goes on, so don’t bum if you don’t see yours… We are also happy to announce a hometown show in Portland, OR at the Doug Fir on Oct 22. Tickets are on sale now HERE. We hope to see you out there, we’re excited to play jams from Tripper…. live! See you soon.

Well another Pickathon has passed us by…. and MAN. Total bliss for four days. Zale Schoenborn, Terry Groves and company are doing it as right as right can be. If our own Huichica Music Festival can be a quarter as cool, we’ll be all set. It’s too hard to list off the bands of old and new friends who blew our minds these past few days. Cannot wait for next year. A few sights from Annie at Mim & Honey.

Thanks for a great TRIPPER release day

Thank you to everyone for tuning into KEXP and for visiting us at Easy Street Records for the Fruit Bats release day festivities. Below is a photo from Mr. Dave Depper’s vantage point… it’s a lovely sight. Folks in Portland are invited to join us today at Music Millennium. We’ll be on tour soon with our good friends Vetiver, hope to see you out there. Thanks again to everyone for their support!

TRIPPER – release day!

Fruit Bats HQ is buzzing with activity today, TRIPPER is out and available! Pick it up, enjoy it, share it… Fruit Bats are also gearing up for a live on-air performance at KEXP (Noon Pacific time) followed by an in-store appearance at 7pm at Seattle’s Easy Street Records (in Queen Ann @ 20 Mercer St). More in-store fun is slated for tomorrow at Music Millennium in Portland, then a weekend at the amazing Pickathon Festival. See you soon…
